John Wrzesinski, Principal of National Property Valuation Advisors, Inc., has been active as a real estate consultant and valuation professional for over 35 years.
Prior to becoming a Principal in NPV Advisors, Mr. Wrzesinski spent two years as Senior Director of the Chicago office of Realty Services International (RSI), immediately following 18 years as Executive Managing Director of the Landauer Realty Group.
Throughout his career, Mr. Wrzesinski has been active in general real estate consulting with an emphasis in the valuation and financial analysis of income-producing properties. Mr. Wrzesinski has specialized experience in the preparation of feasibility, market and land use studies as well as litigation support. Assignments involved the evaluation and valuation of all types of real property throughout the United States for a range of institutional clients, including insurance companies, pension funds, financial institutions, developers, and corporations.
